Favorite purchase of the week:

I have been meaning to buy those disposable place-mats for when we are out to eat in public and I want to put something down for my daughter to eat off of and I ran across this on Etsy.

What a super idea!!! I got it in the mail yesterday and I couldn't be happier - it fits in my diaper bag nicely and I can reuse it so it's eco friendly!

Looking Back

I am currently working on a brand spanking new website to be launched very soon. As I was looking through all my photos I came across one of my very first custom jobs. A super cute layered surprise party invitation. This invitation format was perfect for this party because most of the guests were arriving from out of town and this was the perfect way to get them lots of information.

This format is great for bachelorette party weekends, family reunions and more. I will be listing invitations in this format in the future on Etsy but if you are interested in them now just let me know! I'd love to make more.

Fun with Evidence Tags!

My sneak team members and I recently participated in a challenge sponsored by VintageEmbellishment.etsy.com, who sent the following  studio prop police evidence tags to a group of Etsy artists who wanted to participate in the challenge. We were free to create whatever we wanted using the tags.

Tea Parties!

I recently had the pleasure of designing some invitations for an Irish Bridal Tea. 

I gave the customer 4 different design samples to choose from.

My customer picked the second design "It's tea time" and they came out so beautiful. The design she picked is one of my best selling designs and I've used it for many different themes. 

I loved the tea pot and tea cup shaped invitations and have listed some for sale in my etsy shop!

The tea cups are extra special in that I created a pocket in between the patterned paper on the front and the card stock in the back to include an actual packet of tea! I think sending an invitation to a tea party that includes a nice little packet of tea will really impress your guests!!
